Terms & Conditions

Splitzania Performing Arts Academy will also be referred to as SPAA.

Once you have joined SPAA, you are hereby agreeing to the terms and conditions.

You are entitled to 1 free trial on registration unless otherwise authorised by the owners of SPAA. This free trial class can be withdrawn at any item on the authorisation of the owners.

Classes must be booked through our Splitzania Class for Kids booking system (C4K) and fees/subscriptions will be charged on booking your selected classes/membership plans.

Subscriptions are payable monthly in advance at 11 equal payments throughout the year. During the month of August, all subscriptions will be paused; no payments will be requested for this month.

We offer 25% discount to siblings who join our ZaNiStars & ZaNiBeats classes. Siblings of students who attend our sister academies D2D & PA, can also have the discount applied when joining our ZaNiClasses. We also offer multi-class discount plans for each child to attend multiple ZaNiClasses on a subscription basis.

Additional classes/private (1-2-1) lessons can also be booked via the Splitzania (C4K) booking system.

SPAA reserves the right to withdraw membership/attendance for unpaid fees/subscriptions.

If the minimum number of students are not being achieved in a particular venue, SPAA will give notice to all attendees that a venue and/or timeslot will need to be changed. If the alternative venue and/or timeslot leaves the student unable to attend, SPAA will cancel the subscription for that student until such time that a suitable class is available.

SPAA or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

SPAA reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing: splitzaniahq@gmail.com.

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up-to-date should this change, using the given email address.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. Long term illnesses (5 weeks or more) must be emailed to us: splitzaniahq@gmail.com. Subscriptions can be requested to be paused on evidence of doctors/hospital notes/advice.

If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, SPAA will offer an alternative session at a given timeslot /day.

If a pandemic hits and the country is forced into lockdown, SPAA will continue to run classes via Zoom wherever possible.  In the instance that you have no access to the internet, please advise us asap of your situation. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will endeavour to assist where we can.

Uniform must be ordered within one month of enrolment to any classes. A uniform list and ordering details will be given to every student.

Most classes will be run on a term time only basis. We will be closed during the majority of school holidays/bank holidays/on government guidance / lockdown rules.

SPAA reserves the right to offer alternative classes, if available, to any student who may benefit from more advance classes depending on their individual skillset. The teacher/s within each class will assess students and guide them to the next stage of their training when appropriate. Students will have the option of choosing, if they wish, to progress to more advance levels when being offered these opportunities.

If a student reaches an age where they are too old for a particular age-limit class, they will be offered alternative age/level appropriate classes where available.

SPAA offers medallist training once a student reaches the required ability. These tests are not compulsory if offered to a student, however it is a good opportunity to assess their individual progress by a qualified examiner. SPAA will enter students as appropriate into International Dance Teacher Association (IDTA) examination tests.

SPAA is a subsidiary company of Per4mers Academy and Dance2Dawn, which both offer competitive and medallist training in a variety of dance genres. SPAA, PA & D2D students will be invited to join shows/events/competitions with the opportunity of uniting all styles of dance that each individual academy offers.

In the regrettable situation where a student wishes to terminate their subscription to classes, written notice is required via an email to: splitzaniahq@gmail.com.  A minimum notice period of 4 weeks must be given for subscriptions to be cancelled. Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.
